MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we should celebrate movement. Instead of using exercise as a punishment or chore, let’s do what empowers and energizes us.

As people get lost in the day-to-day, they also often get stuck in their fitness routine. Health and fitness don’t need to be monotonous or unpleasant in order to be effective, and you don’t need to be confined to a traditional gym. My aim is to shift this mindset so that every person can enjoy the process and their ability to be active.   

I hope to get people excited about living actively, and will work with each client to find a fitness program that fits into their individual lifestyle. My goal with each and every client is to help them move better, so they can do what they love and live their lives feeling stronger and happier.

Haley offers personal training, semi-private training, and small group sessions in the convenience of your home. There’s no need to own any equipment as she brings it all to you, including dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, TRX, bands and more.

Each session will be completely customized to your fitness goals and workout preferences.

About Haley


Haley HeIT

Aloha! My name is Haley Heit and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist. I grew up in the Seattle area and attended the University of Washington for my undergraduate degree. In 2015, my husband Spencer and I uprooted our lives and moved to Maui, away from those we love most, to try and figure out what life is all about. Moving to an island that is so focused on health, well being and living actively drove us to start our personal training and guided hiking company, Adventure Built Fitness. I windsurf and ski as much as possible and have always enjoyed staying active. My focus in my own training is to foster these passions so that I can keep doing them for the rest of my life.

Moving back to Seattle, I have rebranded to H3 Fitness to represent my own personal brand as Spencer pursues other opportunities. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals so that can feel great doing what it is that they love most. I specialize in functional fitness, weight loss, boot camp and strength training.  I can’t wait to work with you!
